Job description:
· Focal point for tier 2 support for large mission critical system and for Business Intelligence system – stationed on-site at client location.
· Focal point for documenting support related issues on-site.
· Perform various tasks related to system operability (i.e. ensure daily scripts run well)
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of work experience in supporting large ERP and BI systems (experience with at least 2-3 such systems)
· Technical capabilities: able to run and monitor scripts, knowledge of MS windows, knowledge of ODI - an advantage
· Basic IT capabilities
· Good
